thanks to Ms. Vibha who worked tirelessly to built a comprehensive itinerary for us. We booked our bali Indonesia holiday with Kushark Holiday. I must say it was well planned and executed by Ms. Vibha. Kudos to the entire team for making our holiday a memorable. Especially thanks to Ms. Vibha who worked tirelessly to built a comprehensive itinerary for us.

ull payment, no responses or pretty delayed. Purpose of private transfer is to travel leisure but timings were never considered. They never listen to us, they just goes based on their own way. Never takes special requests…!!!!! Thankfully ruined the main purpose of my son’s birthday. Nothing arranged..!!!! Not a great experience..!!!!

Once the booking was confirmed, the service deteriorated completely. The assigned representatives, Himanshu and Vineet, were extremely difficult to reach. Calls were rarely answered, and almost every urgent issue was handled through delayed WhatsApp messages. In a foreign country, asking customers to "just type" instead of speaking to them is unacceptable. The biggest disappointment was the transfers. Most were arranged through Grab/P2P taxis, something I could have booked myself at a fraction of the cost. This was never transparently explained during the sales process. After paying a premium, I expected professionally managed transfers—not standard ride-hailing services where I had to coordinate everything myself. We spent 30–40 minutes stranded at KL Sentral because of confusing instructions and no one willing to explain the process over a phone call. The very next day, our pickup from Suria KLCC was delayed despite prior intimation, with responses limited to vague messages like "Already in queue" and "You will see." Overall, the communication, coordination, and customer support were consistently poor. I have complete WhatsApp records documenting these incidents. TravelTriangle should seriously review whether Abroad Vacations meets the service standards expected on its platform. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travellers to avoid Abroad Vacations and book hotels and local transport independently instead.

the hotel and transfers were smooth, and he was always responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Thank you, TravelTriangle and Lucky, for making our trip memorable and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone planning a vacation.

, accommodations were comfortable, and all arrangements were handled professionally. I truly enjoyed every part of the trip and created many memorable moments. Thank you to everyone involved for making this such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend your services to others and look forward to traveling with you again.

on time. There was a discrepancy between the initial package and vouchers shared which resulted in lot of follow ups. As a traveller main reason for a customized package was to have a trip as per our plan which was agreed by both parties. There was onground support provided, but following up multiple times was not a good experience which should definitely be improved. Vouchers should be shared atleast 2-3 days prior so that any discrepancy could be discussed and corrected before the travel and not have to follow up during the travel. There was effort put in by the team to solve the problems but having to do the follow up during the trip was an inconvience. Places visited , food were excellent.

he ... Thanks team for all effort & support...

ence enjoyable and hassle-free. From smooth hotel check-ins to well-organized sightseeing, everything was handled seamlessly. A special mention to Sagar Sonkar for his outstanding support throughout the trip—always responsive, helpful, and ensuring everything stayed on track. His assistance really made a difference. All 4 stars are because of him!! While the overall arrangements were excellent, the travel cars could have been better in terms of comfort and quality. Lost 1 star here

eam was very supportive. The drivers were professional and always on time, which made the journey comfortable for our family. Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur were both beautiful experiences and everything went as planned. Thank you TravelTriangle for arranging a memorable trip for us.

l suggestion for improvement. We are a pure vegetarian family, and my mother also avoids onion and garlic. While traveling in a foreign country, finding such food options can be challenging. The itinerary was quite tight, and on several days we did not have enough time to arrange lunch that met our dietary requirements. It would be very helpful if future itineraries could include a short lunch break or suggestions for nearby vegetarian-friendly restaurants along the route. Additionally, if travelers identify a suitable place nearby, allowing an extra 30–40 minutes would make the experience more comfortable. Apart from this, we had a very nice trip and appreciate the overall arrangements.

neet Singh and Ragini Goel made super arrangements and handled everything flawlessly. From the stunning beaches of Langkawi to the beautiful city views in KL, the itinerary, transfers, and hotels were perfectly set up. Highly recommend them for a stress-free and amazing holiday!"
